最主要的有兩項設定
APN epc.tmobile.com
no proxy, no user name, no password--leave these fields blank or disabled.

Set up DNS on some phones
use these two:
66.94.9.120
66.94.25.120

Here is the instruction for Tmobile Dash. To get it working, just follow the following steps:

1) Goto Start -> Settings -> Connections -> GPRS -> create or edit a connection called "T-Mobile Data"
2) Enter the settings
Connects to: The Internet
Access Point: epc.tmobile.com
Username and Password are blank
Authentication Type: None
Primary DNS: 66.94.9.120
Secondary DNS: 66.94.25.120
IP address is blank
3) Click done, done
4) Goto Proxy and make sure you don't have any proxies setup (if you do, delete them)
5) Click done
6) Click Menu -> Advanced and set all the connections to automatic.
7) Click done, done, done, etc.
8) Browse the web!

Here is the instruction for AT&T --> Tmobile unlocked Samsung phone A437, and A117 as well

1) Goto Menu -> MEdiaNet -> option 4. Browser Profiles -> option 2. Profile Settings -> option 2. Profile 2.

2) Profile Name : Tmobile
Home URL : http://www.google.com
Proxy Use: Disabled
GRPS Settings ->
DNS1 : 66.94.9.120
DNS2 : 66.94.25.120
APN : epc.tmobile.com
Leave Login ID & Password blank
Save & Exit.

3) Option 1. Current Profile -> Tmobile.

Go into Settings, Connectivity tab (far right)

Enter Data Communication -> Data Accounts
Choose New Account
Account type: PS Data
Enter account name (I chose Free Data)
Under APN, enter: epc.tmobile.com,leave username and password blank
Click Save

Enter Data Communication -> Preferred Service
Make sure it's set to PS and CS

Go to Internet Settings - Internet Profiles
Create New profile, give it a name (I chose Free Internet)
Under Connect Using, choose the one you created above (Free Data in my example)
Click Save

Under Internet Profiles, make sure your new profile is selected, if not - Select it (Free Internet)

Under Streaming Settings
Choose Data Account you created above (Free Data)
Set Use Proxy to No

Save everything, start your browser.

Name--> type T-Mobile Data
Service type ---> WAP

Keep coming down till DNS

DNS1---> 66.94.9.120
DNS2---> 66.94.25.120

Keep coming down till GPRS APN

GPRS APN: epc.tmobile.com

Press Done

You can also type home page to www.gmail.com or anything with lesser java.

All set

Now goto WeB Access ---> goto URL and type URL you want.
